What is a Transformation Tables Group? John Maxwell talks about greatness coming from being bigger on the inside than on the outside. Values are what it takes to be bigger on the inside and these Transformation Tables will address six foundational values: Hope, Listening, Valuing Every Person, Integrity, Forgiveness, and Multiplication. Transformation Tables meet for one hour a week over a six-week period of time. Based on the book, Change Your World, by John Maxwell and Rob Hoskins, you will learn "How anyone, anywhere can make a difference." At Changing Lives Foundation, we have seen first hand the impact Transformation Tables have had in individuals' lives as well as that of a full country! Transformation Tables are a perfect way to bring people together through meaningful conversation.  Our goal is to lead people through a table to create a meaningful impact in your life and those around you.
What should I expect? Each table lasts one hour each week for six weeks and is generally held via zoom unless otherwise noted. In each session, the group will read the material together, share key insights, take time for self-reflection, and commit to an action step. As participants take small steps each week, consistency compounds, and personal and professional growth is experienced.
Who Can Participate in a Transformation Tables Group? Everyone! Well, almost everyone! We recommend that the person is about 14 years old or older. It is a great opportunity for families, couples, friends and co-workers to participate together to deepen their relationships. While joining a table with people you know can be very powerful, it can be equally valuable to get to know some new people as well. Regardless of the table you join, the experience is life-changing. If you have a youth group or kids under 14, there are versions of Transformation Tables specifically designed for younger participants. Contact us for details.
How Much Does it Cost to Join? Nothing!!! The Maxwell Leadership Foundation provides the content and access to the Change Your World site to EVERYONE at NO COST! Our Leadership Team facilitates these Transformation Tables to help spread the transformation that is much needed in our world today! In fact, you don't really need us.
